Dear DHR and Collaborative Users,
Please take note that, the Collaborative ESA Node data access has reached the natural conclusion of its contract on 30 June 2025 [EDR-130] Collaborative Data Access nodes dismissal – Reminder – Copernicus Jira.
The three nodes dedicated to Collaborative User data access, including the Sentinel-5P dedicated hub, will be decommissioned on the same date.
As a recommendation, we kindly invite you to redirect your synchronizations to the CDSE, in order to ensure continued access to up-to-date data.
We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that, by the second week of July, a new dedicated data access point for Collaborative Users will be made available as an alternative to the CDSE, offering complementary access to Copernicus data.
This new access point will be based on GSS software and will provide a rolling one-week data offer for Sentinel-1, -2, -3, and -5P products.
Further details and instructions will be shared in a follow-up communication.
Thank you for your collaboration.
